NewBranch KIDS seeks to disciple the children of New Branch by teaching them that all of the stories in the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, connect to Jesus Christ and point to Him as God’s plan for bringing His people closer to Him. The desire of children’s ministry is to partner with parents and families, in their role to train up their children in the ways of the Lord.

Sunday Mornings

NewBranch KIDS provides opportunities for discipleship and fellowship during weekly at Sunday school. Classes are held during the 10:00 AM worship service. NewBranch KIDS seeks to disciple the children of New Branch by teaching them that all of the stories in the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, connect to Jesus Christ and point to Him as God’s plan for bringing His people closer to Him. Students get to know each other through a variety of fun activities to enhance the Bible story.

  • Babies through preschool aged children are welcomed at 9:45 AM for Sunday School.

  • Kindergarten through Fifth graders will attend the singing portion of worship service and then are dismissed.

PARTNERING WITH PARENTS

NewBranch Kids seeks to partner parents in their role to train up children in the way of the Lord by sending home parent sheets each week which summarize the lesson and have a scripture memory verse. They have the opportunity to recite the memory verse the following week in class for credit. We also send out a weekly newsletter that summarizes the lesson, which we encourage parents to review with their children throughout the week.

The Gospel Project for Kids Curriculum

NewBranch KIDS uses a curriculum produced by LifeWay, called The Gospel Project for Kids. This Christ-centered Bible study follows a chronological timeline of Bible events—presenting the story of redemption through Jesus like kids have never seen it before! Each week, these stories come to life through video, music, activities, and more. Learn more on The Gospel Project for Kids website

Hunt For Easter | Sat. Mar. 23rd, 10am- noon

NewBranch's annual Hunt for Easter event is just around the corner! This is not a typical Easter egg hunt; instead, we want to be very intentional about sharing the Biblical Resurrection story and the gospel of Jesus Christ! Families will race together and complete fun activities that reinforce these important truths.

We pray that you will bring your family and invite your friends and neighbors! Please sign up to participate as a family so that we can plan accordingly! If you invite a friend and would like to be assigned the same team, please let Christi Reichert know.
