Turkey Giveaway Family Referral

Thank you for your interest in recommending a family to receive a Thanksgiving Meal. Before talking with this family please be sure to read this page in full. Please note we would like for these families to be people you have a relationship with that you can continue beyond the Turkey Giveaway. We also would like for you to commit to serve during the Turkey Giveaway and to be a part of the group that delivers the meal to the family you know. You also will be responsible for all communication with the family and having them complete the form below in full.

NewBranch Community Church will be providing Thanksgiving meals for families in our community. We would love to have the opportunity to serve your family in this way!
